Available Positions

Front of House Manager (FT)

Lead the front-of -house team while delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Available for evening shifts and on weekends (we are closed Sunday & Monday)

  • Strong multitasking and organization skills

  • Passionate about providing exceptional guest service

  • Previous restaurant/hospitality or café experience

  • Previous barista experience

  • Previous experience is a shift lead is plus, but not required!

Pay: $18-$19/hr + tips

Front of House Team Member (PT)

Serve handcrafted ice cream, prepare espresso beverages and matcha, maintain a clean and welcoming environment, and provide exceptional guest service.

Requirements

  • Friendly, guest -oriented, and passionate about hospitality

  • Previous restaurant/hospitality experience

  • Previous barista experience

  • Opening and closing shifts are available; Saturday availability required

  • Previous ice cream shop experience is a plus!

Pay: $15/hr + tips

Kitchen Manager (FT)

Oversee daily production, manage inventory and prep schedules, and ensure every product meets Swank’s quality standards.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the fundamentals of from-scratch ice cream production

  • Leadership or management experience preferred

  • Previous professional kitchen/bakery experience

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Must be available to work in the morning (7am-3pm) and on Saturdays

Pay: $24-$25/ hr +tips

Pastry Cook (FT)

Churn ice cream, prepare inclusions, baked goods, sauces, and other handcrafted menu items while maintaining quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • Professional kitchen/bakery experience

  • Must be available to work in the afternoon (11am-6pm) and on Saturdays

  • Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and consistency

Pay: $20-$21/hr +tips
